Ashley joined the News at Nine weather team in August 2007 all the way from New York City. While living in New York, she freelanced for three tv stations, NY1, Fox 5, and News 12 Connecticut.

Growing up all over the East Coast, Ashley has experienced various types of weather. She originally became interested in meteorology while living in Charleston, South Carolina. After watching the coverage of Hurricane Andrew in 1992, Ashley became hooked on weather, specifically tropical activity.

In May 2006, Ashley graduated from the University at Albany in New York with a degree in Broadcast Meteorology and a minor in Geography.

In her free time, Ashley loves golfing, dancing, vacationing and spending time with her cat, Chase. She looks forward to the challenges of forecasting for Western Wisconsin...the -20 degree winters...not so much!
